Hello! My name is Kristin, and I started Sassy Holistics over 5 years ago.


I've been on the path to help people achieve better health using whole food nutrition, mineral balancing, and holistic healing principles for almost 8 years now. The body is a whole and we must treat it as such! I have my Bachelor of Science in Natural Health Sciences, certificates in Herbal Studies from Herbal Academy, and I am constantly learning more about health to help my clients and followers.


My goal is to help you unleash your own inner healer!


You already hold the power to heal inside you. My role is as a guide to help you realize this potential.

The longer I am in the health world, the more I have realized one huge thing: we have to be our own best advocates! The whole reason I started this blog was because I wanted to teach others about health. It is important that we learn things on our own, no matter how daunting or hard it may seem.

So this is why I started Sassy Holistics Learning Academy. My school is for those that just want to learn more about health and wellness and how to apply holistic health to their own lives. These courses are all at your own pace, available forever, and easy to follow. Every course has several video lessons where I talk to you and explain everything.

Let's face it: diets do NOT work! If you're tired of dieting, losing weight, and then gaining back when the diet is over then this class is for you. There are STILL people screaming from the rooftops that calorie counting is the ONLY way to lose weight, but this couldn't be further from the truth. Calorie counting also promotes disordered eating- something I cover in this course with sources to back it up! People these days aren't just overweight because they're "overeating". HTMA Training Course


This course is best for practitioners that want to add this course to their practice, or for those that just really want to understand HTMA better. This course goes over how to read HTMA, how to truly interpret the tests yourself instead of relying on a lab printout (that doesn’t even tell you what to do other than to take their supplements that they sell), and how to apply holistic healing with HTMA.

The main purpose of HTMA is to balance minerals. HTMA needs to be interpreted in a specific way in order to truly understand the levels and ratios. High levels don't always mean you are getting too much of something, and low levels don't always mean that you should be supplementing with it. When the minerals are balanced, the body is strong and it is easier to prevent health issues.
